Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.

1. Smoking is NOT allowed at all inside the condominium or on the balconies. Caught doing either will result in a $500 fine. (Smoking can be done out front of the building)

2. You MUST follow the checkout instructions in the binder given to you prior to checking out of your unit.

3. Pets must be leashed at all times when not inside the unit and are NOT allowed on the pool deck.

4. Do not hang another over the balcony railings to air dry towels or cloths.

5. Wash the sand off of you and your beach belongings prior to coming up to the unit.

6. Be kind, courteous, and respectful of all staff, owners, and other rental guests staying.

7. Quiet hours are from 8am – 10pm. Security will make a trip to the unit if their is loud noise.

8. The amenities such as the pool and fitness center cannot be used after 10pm. Breaking this rule can result in the condo association overruling me and asking a guest to leave.

9. Please do not do drugs or bring drugs into the unit. (This will result in an automatic termination of your stay).

10. Please do not take the towels or pillows with you. (Yes people do this)

11. If you break something please notify us right away you have travel insurance that protects us both.

12. One week before check in you will receive a big information email with all of your check in information as well as a couple documents to fill out.

13. You will be given a 15-20 minute tour upon arrival. This is so you know your way around the building and do not get lost.

14. You cannot have additional guests in the building or using the amenities that are not on your registration document. (This will get you removed from the building)

15. Parking is for TWO vehicles only under 6’8ft in the secured garage. Additional parking is across the street which is owner by the city.

16. If you use the outdoor grill YOU are responsible to clean it and put new tin foil down. This will be shown to you during your tour.

17. Checkout is 10am.

18. You will need to fill out a parking registration form as well as a standard short term lease agreement with us after booking prior to check in that will be sent via email.

“You will be required to purchase property damage protection once your reservation has been confirmed. Once your reservation has been confirmed you will receive an invite to purchase the PDP via your email within 24-72 hours. This is required.

Two options:

$79 covers you for $3000 in damages.

$99 covers you for $5000 in damages
